It was 1st of May, labour day. I and my friend, we have taken the metro from our neighbourhood towards Taksim. The station above Yeni Kapı was closed due to prohibition labour day celebrations. We had to walk all the way and in the mean time we were watching those people trying to attend to protests. I didn't have any issue with the audience however somehow were trying to wind up the police. Actually I was hesitated to go deeper inside but my friend was so bold to go inner the protests. We passed through the police control point and moved into the protests. We both have taken dozens of photos on this day but this one is touching the significance.
